I personally love coconut water. If you have never tried it you definately want to taste it first. I have let people taste it and nobody but me seems to like it. It is great after a workout. A real pick me up.
Expensive but worth the health benefits.

Zico Pure Coconut Water, Mango Flavor, 11-Ounce Units (Pack of 12)Very pricey but very good. It delivers flavor and nutrients and hydrates as advertised. The local grocery store will have coconut water for about 87 cents a can but it won't have the flavor and zing of this product. (I tried it because one of the health "guru" medical doctors highly recommended it.)

To the reviewer who commented that the tetrapak contains aluminum:
The inside panel of aluminum is sealed between two polyethelene sheets, so I doubt there is any risk of contamination/exposure to the aluminum.
Apart from that, these are great (and cheaper than buying them directly from the company).
Don't assume it's going to be some super sugery sweet taste. Drink one after working out and you'll fall in love with them. You'll never drink another gatorade.

My neighbour recommended me this product. He told me about the health benefits of drinking coconut water and how much he liked it. Yet, when I tried it, I did not like the taste. I literally had to swallow it quick so that I did not feel the taste.

I've had fresh coconuts from every continent they grow on, and as it doesn't taste as good as a fresh one, it is hands down the best packaged coco water I or my wife have ever had (we have tried at least a dozen different packaged ones). They go down too quick for the price; maybe 3-4 good swallows when your thirsty.
