First of all, I ordered this as a subscribe and save for every 6 month shipping (good extra discount). I have never tried this brand of ketchup before, but the reviews looked pretty promising. As I couldn't even find the organic Heinz anywhere but Wal-Mart (and I am trying to quit shopping at the evil giant), I thought I would give this a try. I ordered on 01-06-09. I received it 01-07-09. Free shipping. Wow. I live in IL and it shipped from IN, but still very impressive for Amazon. Then I tasted it. Very good tomato taste, and slightly less sweet tasting than the Heinz, which is a plus in my book. The flavor is more full than the Heinz as well. Yummy! Thanks Amazon!!

Read labels! You get what you pay for - Muir Glen labels tell the story best - all natural QUALITY ingredients! This is the best ketchup out there, and nothing funny or objectional in it! Your kids can enjoy this anytime and get lots of tasty nutrition (lycopene, etc) without ever knowing it (and you have peace of mind when they want on/with everything.) Of all the ketchups (organic and not) I have tasted, this has the best flavor. Anyone who has eaten at our house and tried Muir Glen Ketchup has also commented the same. It is a nice balance and just sweet enough. To compare it with non-organic, I would say the flavor is much closer to Heinz than to Hunts. Personally, I think Hunts is harsh and like eating tomato paste.
I no longer buy non-organic ketchup considering tomatoes are one of the worst when it comes to pesticides. Unfortunately, my local grocery store stopped carrying it. Maybe I was the only one buying it? Does anyone know if it is Gluten free?

This is tasty and healthy. Nothing GMO, no corn syrup, and organic. I bought a case with subscribe and save. Very happy I did. I use this for the family and they enjoy it. None of them can tell the difference between this and Heinz. I have been a ketchup love all my life eating it on anything and everything. I am very picky about ketchup. This organic brand, I love. I like it even better than Annie's organic. It also makes a great base for homemade BBQ sauce.
